Where your data lives. All inference requests, prompts, completions, embeddings and uploaded documents are processed and stored on hardware located in El Salvador, inside a Tier III enterprise-grade facility. No customer payload is replicated, mirrored or backed up outside national territory.

What we do not do. We do not train, fine-tune or evaluate any model on your data. We do not sell, rent or share customer payloads with third parties. Prompts and completions are not retained after a request completes unless you explicitly enable logging on your account.

What we keep. Account identity, billing records and aggregate usage metering — token counts, request counts, latency and error rates. These contain no payload content and are retained for the period required by Salvadoran tax and accounting law.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to legal@indigho.ai. Deletion requests are executed within 30 days, excluding records we are legally required to retain.

Subprocessors. Indigho operates its own inference hardware. Any subprocessor with access to account or billing data is disclosed in the DPA before it is engaged.

The service. Indigho provides metered access to open-weight AI models, dedicated model deployments, reserved capacity and paid fine-tuning, delivered over a standard-compatible HTTP API.

Billing. Pay-per-token usage is metered per second and invoiced monthly in USD. Dedicated deployments and reserved capacity are billed per the term in your order form. Disputed invoice items must be raised within 30 days.

Your content and your checkpoints. You retain all rights to your inputs, your outputs and any model checkpoint produced from your data. Checkpoints are portable and exportable on request.

Availability. Reserved capacity contracts carry a written availability commitment with service credits. Pay-per-token access is provided on a best-effort basis without an availability guarantee.

Model changes. Open-weight models are onboarded and retired as the ecosystem moves. We give at least 60 days notice before retiring any model that is in active use on your account.

Termination. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days notice. On termination we delete your payload data and provide a final export of your checkpoints.

You may not use the platform to generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence against a person or group.

You may not use the platform to conduct fraud, phishing, malware development, unauthorised intrusion, or to circumvent the security controls of any system you do not own.

You may not use the platform to produce targeted disinformation or to impersonate a person, company or public institution without authorisation.

You may not resell raw platform capacity as an undifferentiated commodity without a written reseller agreement.

Reports of abuse go to abuse@indigho.ai. We investigate every report and may suspend an account where there is credible evidence of a violation.
